STIHL MSA300 Cordless Chainsaw

The MSA 300 is one of Stihl’s most powerful cordless chainsaws, designed for demanding professional use. Three available operating modes enables battery efficiency across a range of applications such as felling, delimbing and cutting to length.

As a comparative for petrol driven chainsaws, the MSA 300 generates a mechanical output of 2.5kW.

The Stihl MSA 300 is available with a 14” (35cm), 16” (40cm) or an 18” (45cm) guide bar. Please note, cutting length will always be a little shorter than the bar length because of the way guide bars are measured. The difference between the guide bar length and cutting length varies by chainsaw model.

As with all Stihl products, the MSA 300 is packed with features:

• Ematic chain lubrication system which reduces the chain oil usage by up to 50% compared to conventional lubrication systems

The MSA 300 is part of Stihl’s AP range. It is designed to be used with the AP 500S battery. The working time of this battery will be between 20-44 minutes depending on what setting the saw is used on.
